Renewal Pricing:
All subscriptions, services, or plans are subject to renewal at the end of their applicable term. Renewal pricing may differ from the original purchase price. By continuing or renewing any service, the Customer agrees that renewal fees shall be charged at the then-current pricing displayed on the official Blueworths website (www.blueworths.co.za
) at the time of renewal, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Blueworths reserves the right to modify pricing, fees, or service charges at any time. Updated pricing will be reflected on the website and will apply to all renewals processed after such update.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to review the current pricing prior to renewal.
Blueworths shall not be obligated to provide services at previous or promotional rates beyond the initial agreed term.
Blueworths will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any major changes, and continued use of the site after changes are made constitutes your acceptance.
